I just watched an amazing documentary on MSNBC called TALHOTBLOND. It doesn't appear to be scheduled anymore on that channel, so you might want to look into renting it.
Here is the website for the film that has the trailer and the story.
Love--even pathological love--is incredibly powerful. Thomas Montgomery, an unassuming machinist in upstate New York with a troubled marriage, meets teenage Jessie (a.k.a. "talhotblond") online. Montgomery tells her that he is Tommy, an 18-year-old boy on his way to Marine boot camp. Their relationship quickly evolves into cybersex and an engagement. Eventually Jessie discovers that Tommy is really 47-year-old Thomas and confirms it through one of his co-workers. When she embarks on another online relationship with Thomas' co-worker, all three of their real and online lives begin to collide.
But the above storyline and trailer doesn't tell the whole story. When I found out the rest of the story, it sent chills up my spine. For those that don't want to watch it, or can't wait, here is the rest of the story:

When they reveal the spoiler in the DOC, the way they do it just leaves you stunned. I didn't expect it at all! My response was "Holy Sh*t!"

That storyline sounds somewhat familiar. Wasn't there a movie a little while back that had a similar premise (mother sending pics of daughter to lure man)?
